In 2022 I only had a consultation at Mighty Plastic Surgery, and the next year I had a no-implant surgery with ear cartilage at another place, but even after more than a year, once the swelling had fully gone down, it still was not the feel I wanted, and the slightly disappointing nasal tip kept bothering me My needs were a nose that felt close to a refined straight line, while correcting a bulbous nose + a long nose + a crooked nose all together in one surgery This time I went back for a consultation at Mighty.. haha looking back now, I realized the director was honest with me, telling me that what could be done could be done and what could not be done would be difficult, and that was really said for my sake I decided on surgery, and already the big swelling has gone down and it seems the residual swelling is almost gone too All three issues - bulbous nose, long nose, and crooked nose - were corrected, and even if it is not 100 percent because of my facial axis, I do not feel disappointed at all when I look at it.. lol Overall I like it a lot, and I feel it matches my face perfectly haha sorry for self-praise, but at this level is it not kind of a really nice nose...? lol
