I had septal cartilage + ear cartilage + osteotomy. After consultations at 3 to 4 hospitals that pursue natural results, I chose Between Plastic Surgery. The consultation with Director Lee Ji-hwan was kind, and he spoke to me in a way that felt comfortable, so I decided. It's day 83 since my nose surgery, and I'm satisfied because the side view, which stressed me out the most, now has more dimension. However, as the swelling goes down, the tip feels about 10% lacking. Still, I don't have any desire to get revision surgery. Maybe because of the osteotomy, the front view also looks more three-dimensional, and the effect of making my face look smaller is clearly visible. My family and friends also said it turned out naturally without looking artificial. If naturalness is your top priority, I strongly recommend it.
