When I wrote my earlier review, there was still some residual swelling, so the tip looked a little blunt and my nose felt slightly awkward when I smiled, but as time passed it gradually became more natural. I really do think there is a reason people say you have to watch the whole swelling-recovery process after nose surgery lol I was always the type who was more stressed by my side profile than my front view because of the hump, so even before surgery I searched a lot for side-profile results. Now, what makes me happiest is that I do not have to care about angles the way I used to, both when I look in the mirror and when I take photos haha Especially before surgery, I would unconsciously lower my head or turn my face when taking pictures, but that habit is almost gone now lol. When I look at photos my friends take, it feels like the hump used to stand out first, but now the overall balance of my face looks more natural? It is honestly so funny and fascinating that I, who used to avoid being photographed, am now making peace signs and even posing properly haha. And because of my hump and blunt nose, I really had a dull image before, but that part has been improved a lot too, so from the front and in profile it looks much cleaner. Before surgery at Saegim, I was honestly worried whether the hump would improve, but the satisfaction is higher than I expected haha. There was quite a bit of swelling and tightness because of the osteotomy, and the tip felt very firm, but now daily life is almost never uncomfortable. It still does not feel like my own nose when I touch it, but there is nothing that bothers me like before, and I have naturally adjusted haha More than anything, the best part is that the time I spend stressed about my nose has really gone down. I feel like I am basically addicted to selfies now.. Ah! And I barely do contouring anymore, I only use highlighter hehe Even now, when I look at old photos sometimes I still wonder if my hump was really that severe haha. I am so satisfied that I never want to go back to my old nose.
