Day 1 I had my second breast fat grafting procedure at [Clinic A]. For the first round, the liposuction areas hurt for about 3 to 4 hours on the day of surgery, but after taking the medication I felt fine, so I ate and went to the bathroom and all that. On day 1 I also had to go to work, so I wore seamless underwear and a sweatshirt and went in. Once I had clothes on, nothing showed, and as long as I did not run, it did not really hurt or bother me much.
Week 2 By the time I reached exactly week 2, the bruising and swelling were manageable. I had liposuction on my thighs and abdomen, and there was still some swelling and yellow bruising left, so it was not yet at the point where I could wear shorts. Still, it was amazing to feel that my thighs and abdomen had become slimmer. My breasts were still firm, but it did not feel like hard stones or anything like that. It just felt firm, like fat mixed with muscle.
1 month I will write my overall review here. First of all, I was not even an A cup, I was an AAA cup... So when I wore clothes, the fit looked terrible, and my bra kept floating away from my chest, so I decided to have surgery just to become at least an A cup. I did not go around to other hospitals. I consulted here, the price was reasonable, and they answered kindly, so I booked the surgery date right away and decided. As for the result, of course it is not a dramatic change like an implant, but I was reluctant about implants because I would have to worry about when they might rupture and the recovery period would be too long. Compared with that, this was a relatively simple surgery and recovery period, so for this level I am very satisfied. And I especially recommend it to people who, like me, do not have much volume at all. For very small chests like ours, implants would look too obvious... Unless your job is highly physical, it is definitely manageable while going to work. If you are really worried, I think taking just about two days off would be enough. I did not wear compression garments, but because the liposuction was done well, there was no unevenness or anything like that.
