The weather has been so hot lately, but I guess it is still cooler than July and August, right? I also had facial liposuction and thread lifting in July, and now July and August are here again already. Time seems to pass so fast, while payday still feels far away. Haha, that is life. Still, facial cosmetic surgery is done under sedation, and once you fall asleep and wake up, it is over. The cost also feels reasonable at around 1 to 2 million won. The thread lifting I had was 4 threads for the double chin, done naturally on the double chin area. For the face thread lifting, many different threads were used. There were 6 Mint threads to lift the overall face, 6 Olizhu threads, and even 40 thin basic threads. As I got older, I also had 10 threads for the under-eye area. Because of sagging and my age, they used 5 kinds of threads, so the pricing varied a lot, but I got it very cheaply thanks to a promotion. These days, nose surgery and eye surgery at expensive places can cost over 3 million won, but while eyes and nose are important, I think having a beautiful face line is what really makes the whole face look prettier. Just like not having belly fat in the body haha, if it is gone, I am so, so happy. At 40, the skin gets thinner, and no matter what skin care you do, injections hurt. Compared with that pain, Juvelook, Rejuran, and Chanel injection do not keep the face-lifting effect for very long T_T. As everyone knows from trying lifting procedures, Ulthera and Thermage are way too expensive, and I wonder whether InMode, Shurink, or Doublo last long? If you are over 40, it feels like you might get burned, and the effect is weak. T_T It felt like what I could do was becoming limited. A face lift seems too early, and once you get into lifting surgery, even a mini lift feels really scary. I looked into many ways to reduce chin fat, and with diet drugs like Mounjaro and Wegovy, people say it goes back to how it was once you stop.. So I thought the most accurate and cost-saving option was simply to remove the fat without rebound. Some people even spend 1 million won on obesity medicine or herbal medicine, but it only harms the stomach, and because of ingredients like ephedra, it really does reduce swelling, but there are too many side effects like heart issues, high blood pressure, and anxiety, so it is not good. If the real problem is fat, the answer seems to be fat liposuction and nothing else. Since I cannot do it through willpower alone, having it removed at a hospital is the most accurate. Of course, at first there is swelling and bruising for about 2 weeks, so I did wonder whether I had done it for nothing, but after 2 months it starts settling into place, and that is when the effect begins to show. I had double chin liposuction and thread lifting in my 40s, but I heard many people do it even before their 30s. A friend who had Silhouette Soft said it was so firm and highly recommended it. I have not tried Silhouette lifting yet, but I really want to. People in their 20s will probably look into it a lot now that university exams are over and summer vacation is here, but please do not ruin your face by going to a cheap place just because it is an event. Look into it carefully and choose a good hospital. From late 30s onward, the face starts to hollow out and the cheeks sink, becoming a peanut shape. A hospital that just removes everything and takes out too much is not a good hospital; it can even make you look like a skeleton, so you need to go to a place that shapes the face line properly. Then the most important thing is an experienced director. If they have no experience, even getting masseter Botox should be skipped. Botox also contains strong ingredients, so it should be done at a place that is skilled. There are many places that just inject saline. For double eyelid surgery, nose surgery, and breast surgery, experience comes first! You also need to avoid hospitals that are obsessed with money and advertise excessively. If you are under sedation, you do not even know who is doing it, so for facial liposuction too, hands-on research and footwork are essential. Even if it is hot, please make the effort and decide carefully. Be suspicious of places that recommend too much or only say everything can be done. It is better to go to a hospital that says clearly what can and cannot be done, even if you are busy. Usually directors with around 20 years of experience can tell at a glance. When I had double eyelid surgery, the director looked once and told me how to do it, but I went ahead and did it my own way and the result was a bit disappointing.. Directors have done it tens of thousands of times, so they know better than a first-timer like me. I do not go to Seoul often and did not have much time, so I did several things all at once in one go. I had dissolvable thread lifting, double chin thread lifting, chin fat liposuction, and chin Botox, and the total came to the high 2 million won range. Facial liposuction is permanent, so doing it once is a bargain. When I looked at before-and-after photos, people with a weak chin really had severe double chins. I strongly recommend it, especially if you have a weak chin, because it may be even worse than mine and you really should do it. And if you want a very slim idol-like line, dieting is essential. If you have any other questions, ask me.
