I have had Botox at several places. The clinic itself was very factory-like, but the procedure price was surprisingly not factory-like at all. The staff at the front desk were not particularly kind, and the consultation manager also spoke very bluntly, so I felt they were rude. What especially hurt trust was that the consultation lacked professionalism. Later, when the director came in to examine me, what the director said was completely different from what the consultation manager had said, so my trust dropped sharply. After getting Botox, the effect itself was of course very good. However, even though I developed a side effect from the procedure, the clinic took no steps to take responsibility and care for me, and in the end I had to go to another hospital and solve it myself with my own money. It is a factory-style clinic with no real advantages, so I do not think I will visit again.
