I was worried about the feeling that the area under my ears and the tip of my jaw were always swollen, as well as my angular face shape, so I got salivary gland (parotid) and square-jaw Botox together. There was a dull feeling during the procedure, but the pain did not last long. About a month later, the square-jaw Botox made chewing tough foods feel less strenuous and slimmed down the side line, and the salivary gland Botox reduced the bulge that had been felt under the ears, making the boundary line from the jaw to the neck much cleaner. Doing both procedures together reduced the bulk on the back side of my face, which made the lower face overall look smaller. There was some dryness in the mouth when eating, and the chewing strength was temporarily weaker at the beginning, but it improved naturally over time. If you have both enlarged jaw muscles and enlarged salivary glands and your face looked big because of them, I think this is a pretty effective combination for refining the line.
