Secondary revision scheduled for eyelid correction incision surgery

I had non-incision eyelid correction with an埋没 method from Dr. B of Clinic A in Apgujeong, and I was living quite happily with the results. A year later, the line gradually dropped, so it looked natural, almost as if I had not had anything done, but I thought I would have liked the line to be a bit higher. Two years later, one side had completely come undone, so this time I want to get eyelid correction with an incision so it will not loosen again. When I looked up reviews here, there were many comments saying Dr. B from Clinic A had made the line too low, which is why it came loose so quickly. So I am torn between asking the same doctor to make the line a little higher and getting a discount on the price, or going to another hospital. Which would be better? And can an incision surgery loosen too?
