The staff handled everything well in order. As expected from a large plastic surgery clinic, the process seemed well organized. The consultation ended feeling kind of rushed. It was not a matter of explaining what was wrong with my nose and why it needed to be done that way; rather, I was in a situation where I had to choose the material to be used for the nose myself. It would have been nice if they had recommended something, but because the options were left open, it was hard for someone like me without medical knowledge to decide right away. And maybe because they were busy, I got the feeling they were leaving in a hurry. They were neither abrupt nor especially kind.
