I went for a morning consultation and the wait time was about 30 minutes, I think. The consultation went in order: consultation manager, doctor, then manager. As expected from someone with a naturally short columella, the manager's nose done at Nano was so pretty too.. The doctor's consultation was clean and to the point. Neither overly friendly nor unfriendly. They explained the surgical method in detail and made me feel comfortable. The manager was so kind that I remember that the most. I was worried about costal cartilage, and they explained in detail how the cartilage is harvested and how it is used in the nose. If Nano matches your aesthetic, I recommend going for a consultation!
