This was the place I found after a lot of legwork, information searching, and asking people around, since this is my fourth nose surgery. A close older sister had a revision functional nose surgery with custom 3D silicone + donated rib cartilage from Dr. Choi four years ago, and even now, four years later, her side profile is still so pretty and looks completely natural, like her own nose, so I already had a good impression lol. I also knew two more people who had surgery with Dr. Choi, one man and one woman, and both still looked good after time passed, so that was when I started trusting him. My close older sister also went because the older sister she knew had gone to Dr. Choi and looked pretty lololol. I had consultations at about five places in Gangnam, and the place I kept deliberation about until the end used a method of shaving down silicone before inserting it, so when I looked at the after photos, the bridge line felt a little straight. Dr. Choi seemed to make noses that were natural rather than flashy, like they had been operated on without looking operated on. In particular, the alar rim, columella, and tip lines were really natural, and the consultation was genuinely good. He spent almost an hour with me while looking at the CT, and he was very realistic about what could be done and what would be difficult, which actually made me trust him more. I liked that he did not give the impression that everything was possible. And on the day of the consultation, I even struck up small talk with the person sitting next to me in the waiting room who had already had surgery lol (super E extrovert lol). That person also said a friend was introduced to him because the result became so natural and pretty. Anyway, I wanted a nose that was more like my original nose but prettier rather than a flashy nose, and it came out exactly in the direction I wanted, so I am really satisfied. My original nose was kind of cut and pinched, but this time the columella, tip, and alar area became naturally pretty, and because it uses custom 3D silicone, the bridge looks natural too, without an artificial feel! I also had functional nose surgery at the same time, so breathing has become much easier, which makes me even more satisfied~

What was really surprising here was that even booking the consultation was so hard, so I went there with very high expectations. But there was nothing especially remarkable; they did take several photos of me and then stretched the photos…

After a lot of deliberation, I visited, and it is a place with very clear pros and cons. First of all, I had absolutely no side effects after the procedure, and they handled the aftercare in a really systematic and meticulous way, so I was
