Eye Surgery Considerations

Bloomy community review

It seemed like a place where many people come to get laser hair removal. At first I also went there for an anti-inflammatory injection and then started getting facial hair removal. It was okay at first, but gradually it became not so good...

First, the waiting time was too long, and there was only one staff member in charge of hair removal on the 2nd floor. Personally, she was very sharp and unfriendly. When I asked questions to check whether I was okay after the laser, she answered in a scolding tone full of irritation, so I was a bit taken aback.

Even on my first visit, when I went in, the staff at the reception desk sitting there seemed to also be doing consultations, and I almost did not hear any detailed explanation about the hair removal area or the procedure. As a first-time patient, I needed an explanation of what was possible and how far they would do it, but that part was lacking.

It seems like there are two directors, but I do not know exactly who is who. I do remember that one of them was a little more meticulous than the other.

Another reason I felt the explanation was lacking is that I started facial hair removal from the beginning because I was bothered by the small hairs under my chin that grow like a beard. So I thought facial hair removal would include under the chin too. But when I asked, they said they would not do it because under the chin is not part of the face area, which was disappointing
