Nose Surgery Reviews

Revision review for a short, upturned nose

My nose was originally small and short, so it was always a source of stress for me. But after the nose surgery, the tip seemed to get absorbed more and more, and it felt even more upturned, so I thought I needed revision surgery. Still, I worried a lot about choosing a clinic because I was not sure whether I would get the shape I wanted even if I had it done. But I could not keep putting it off, so I decided to work hard to find a clinic. I searched around and chose one based on a recommendation from someone I know and reviews. From the consultation onward, the director brought up the issues I had been worrying about first and honestly explained what could be corrected and what would be difficult, which made me trust them. I did not want autologous costal cartilage because of scarring, but the director recommended it and confidently told me not to worry about scars, so I went ahead with autologous costal cartilage. They explained in detail that it is not about making the nose high and flashy no matter what, but about harmony with the face, the shape of the tip, and the proportion of the bridge. My nose was a difficult case for surgery, so people around me were worried too, but after surgery there was almost no swelling, bruising, or pain, which surprised me, and I was surprised again when the splint came off and I saw the nose line. It has been 2 weeks since the surgery now, and I am very satisfied!
