I did not even have a columella, but this time, with donor costal cartilage and ear cartilage, I finally got a plump columella This was also my first time using 3D silicone, and since I was born with a high nasal bridge bone, I asked them to make the bridge as thin and low as possible and make the tip higher than the bridge!!!!! I also had functional nose surgery, so breathing is so much more comfortable and nice. Very satisfied Anyway, this was my fourth surgery, so I consulted at five places in Gangnam that are known for revisions only, and I chose the place that could give me a nose that was not too flashy but natural for everyday life, and pretty like my own nose!!! At first, the inside tissue of my nose suddenly lifted the tip and filled the columella, so the scar area opened up a bit, and I had to go back to the hospital three or four more times, which was really upsetting and stressful, but fortunately it was not a dangerous area with contracture or infection, and after time passed, the tissue filled in, so now I am very satisfied haha I just really really hope the tip does not droop even after time passes!!!!! I also chose this place because a close older sister had revision surgery here 4 years ago with donor costal cartilage, and even now her tip is still pretty and the shape is natural and beautiful, so I followed her lead lol That sister said three of her acquaintances also got treated here by the same director, and they all said it turned out pretty and good, so I went there.
