Torn Between Two Hospitals for Nose Revision Which Is Better??

Current nose: after surgery 11 years ago with silicone + ear cartilage, it became too high, so the silicone was removed 10 months later. As I lived, my nose kept getting shorter and more upturned, so it started to feel like a pig nose, and I want to lower the bridge and tip. What I want is something that is not too high, and I prefer a natural nose without implants. 1. ㅂㅇㅇ ㅇㅅㅇ They suggested both autologous costal cartilage and donor cartilage. I was worried that autologous costal cartilage would hurt, so they said that if it is done with septal extension + donor cartilage, it would be as strong as autologous costal cartilage, so I decided to use donor cartilage, and they said it could be done closed. They made a predicted image with Photoshop, and the nose tip did not come down dramatically, but they created a predicted image that felt natural and refined. I do like the photo. It would be an open surgery and include septal extension. I also have rhinitis, and since the surgeon is an otolaryngology specialist, they said they would also do rhinitis surgery. Looking at the before-and-after photos on the official site, it seems like they do glamorous noses and natural noses too. I like both hospitals, but because one uses my own cartilage and the other uses donor cartilage, there is a price difference of 1 million won. For option 2, if the nose tip does not come down enough during surgery?? If there is not enough tissue, they might take cartilage from the ear and do skin grafting, and that extra cost is 2 million won, but they said you only know once you are in surgery..
