Review of revision nose surgery for contracted nose, donor rib cartilage, no implant

It's been 12 years since I had nose surgery, and I developed contracture;; At first I had it done with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. But after a few years, silicone started protruding inside my nose, and when I went to the hospital they said it was contracture, so I ended up having the silicone removed and lived with a natural nose. While living with a natural nose, my nose was crooked and had a slightly upturned-nose feel, so it bothered me every time I looked in the mirror, but I was still scared to have surgery again, so I kept putting it off I think I worried about it for years;; But I couldn't keep living like that, so I finally had revision nose surgery at Bymin, and they corrected both the contracted nose and the crooked nose together. Because it was done only with cartilage and no implant, my worries about the contracture coming back were reduced, and now my nose is set straight. The upturned-nose feeling is gone, the crookedness has been corrected, and even from the front it feels balanced. There is still some residual swelling, but even in this state it is not comparable to before. I wish I had done it sooner I feel like I wasted years just worrying.
