It feels like it has been 5 months and a little over a week since the removal. I am still recovering well without any problems. I had promised the people here that I would definitely bring a follow-up review, so I came to keep that promise as I remembered it! There is no pain or discomfort, though I still feel a bit cautious if I bump into something or something like that maybe because of that fear that can happen during recovery..? My nostrils are not exactly the same, but who would really spend their life looking at my nostrils, so I am not worrying about it. They are not that different anyway! They said there was a possibility of columella collapse, but that did not happen either. (total removal, silicone plus septum plus mesh plus capsule) It was not a nose with inflammation or major problems, just a cleft-like split around the columella area, and there was a slight visibility too, so I thought that was the cause of the problem, and while I was scared, I looked into hospitals and consultations, and ended up going all the way to removal. If you want to see the nose before surgery and after surgery, it is in my posts, so anyone curious can check those out. After the removal, I felt really relieved, and I worried that after removal the nose would get lower and look ugly, and that I would feel awful and want to get my nose done again, but thankfully I got used to it and now it does not bother me at all lol If you have any questions, ask me. I will answer whatever I can. To everyone who has surgery coming up or scheduled, I am rooting for you! Once you recover, you will really think it was a very good choice.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 18 This hospital is definitely different from the other top removal-surgery hospitals...!?
But even removal surgery has cases that are difficult and cases that are a bit easy, right? For difficult cases, I do think it would be better to go to a place like that, but for a simple removal case with no major problems or issues right
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 18 Complete removal of autologous costal cartilage
I had surgery using only autologous costal cartilage, and when I asked the hospital I had been to, they said they just slice the autologous costal cartilage and use it that way. They do not mince it or use it in that kind of way. If so…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 18 Has anyone had nose implant removal at May in Busan?
I am looking into places in Seoul, but since I am in Changwon, I was also recommended May in Busan. Has anyone had removal done by Director Heo? If so, could you share how satisfied you were and roughly how much the estimate was? Sigh... I
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 18 Amount of septal cartilage harvested
After removing it, I saw that this is how much septal cartilage was harvested, and now I am worried that my nose will collapse later. During the first surgery, the doctor shaved down all the hump and harvested that much septal cartilage…

After my first surgery 5 years ago, the nasal tip had dropped and the bridge was too high, which made me feel stressed because of the masculine image it gave me. I wanted a noticeable but elegant nose line, so I wanted revision surgery…
