I visited after booking a consultation because the clinic is well known for nose surgery. They called before my appointment time and asked whether I was really coming today and whether I would arrive on time. When I arrived, there was no waiting, and they gave me a chart to fill out with the nose shape I wanted, any discomfort, and so on, and then I went straight into the consultation with the director. I wrote that nose surgery scared me and that if reduction of the alar base could solve it, I wanted that instead, and because of that they said alar base reduction alone would be fine. When I said I was also worried it might become pinched later if I had nose surgery, they said that if it is reduced only a little from the start, it is not a problem. When I asked about the pinching on the sides of the nose, they honestly said they did not know because they do not wear makeup. Then, just when I was trying to look over the questions I had prepared, they suddenly put up a PowerPoint, a short presentation on what questions to ask. Rather than helping with useful questions, it felt like they were saying there is no time, so ask quickly and leave. So I only heard the price for alar base reduction under local anesthesia and then went right to talk with the consultation manager. The consultation manager also spoke so fast it felt like I was being shown out, just repeated what I had already discussed with the director, and that was it. When I asked why they were not consulting me about the tip of the nose, they said it was because I wanted alar base reduction if possible. I visited at 11 a.m., not during lunch or closing time, but the consultation felt rushed like I was being pushed out. Maybe because I was asking about a surgery that does not make them much money, or maybe because it was a day they were finishing earlier than usual, but it did not feel like I got a proper consultation and it just felt like I wasted time going there and back..
