The director is calm and kind. They also do virtual surgery. They analyze the CT results numerically, but said the size of the septum can only be known by opening it up. It seems best to think of that as reference only. They explained it using donated rib cartilage, septum, and ear cartilage, but I hate the idea of using donated rib cartilage, so I asked whether it would be possible with only septum and ear cartilage. They said surgery is possible with the septum alone, but not much can be lifted. I was drawn to Fitmiko and was deliberating it, but there was pressure to add functional nose surgery. When I asked the manager whether it could be done without functional nose surgery, they said no. I had been told at another hospital that if breathing is not impaired, there is no need for functional nose surgery, so it was a bit disappointing that they insisted it was required.
