Personally, I had three concerns: double-eyelid asymmetry, deep fixation, and a dull, vacant-looking feeling after inner-corner reconstruction, so I went in for a consultation. After explaining what I was worried about when they asked, they basically said they do not perform inner-corner surgery on eyes that have already had inner-corner reconstruction, and overall they did not seem to think there was much room for improvement from surgery, so they did not recommend it because the eyes did not seem to have any major problem. The consultation ended in about a minute. The doctor himself was kind and seemed very conservative. It was a bit deflating given how much effort I put into making the appointment, but I think it would still be worth getting a consultation there at least once. Since they did not recommend surgery, I was not given a price quote.
