Both the surgeon and the coordinator were kind. Because my nose is small, they said that even for my first surgery they would use costal cartilage (+ ear cartilage), and the shape would probably come out beautifully, but I am still a little hesitant because I am thinking about how much my ribs and ears will hurt after surgery. I am going to get a few more consultations and then decide..! The facility is not super fancy, but I liked that it did not feel factory-like. The waiting time was not long either! From the reviews, it seems like people prefer a glamorous style at a sleep-style clinic, but for someone with thin skin and a low nose bridge, they did not recommend making it much higher!
