The director's preferred approach matched my own perfectly. I was diagnosed with septal cartilage for columellar support, ear cartilage if needed, keeping the dorsal hump, and an allograft-free nasal tip! I saw a lot of reviews saying the director was scary, and yes, he is scary.. (very blunt). It was my first nose surgery and my first plastic surgery consultation, so I was even more nervous and couldn't ask the director any questions. But there was also the fact that the director gave such an accurate diagnosis that there was nothing I really needed to ask. The manager was kind too. Like in other reviews, the director looked tired! (Not rude at all X) And maybe because it was a morning consultation, there wasn't a single customer there.
