The director is not the type to be super kind and sweet, but he does a good job of checking things like how much filler is already in the upper lip and lower lip, and which areas need more product. I had shown him a photo I wanted, and he also understood well how to make my current lips look like the lips in the photo. He does not spend an extremely long time explaining the design. I was worried it would hurt during the procedure, and he is not the type to indulge whining. But honestly, that is not really related to the procedure itself... lol The shape turned out really pretty.
