[Hospital visit and progress] Scar care: After the 3-month checkup, scar treatment started. (Scar laser once a month planned.) Doctor's assessment: Progress is very good. He said the feel and shape will keep becoming softer and more natural until 1 year after surgery. Bra use: Finished wearing the support bra, and from now on, 24-hour sports bra wear is recommended.
[Subjective feel and changes at 3 months] Texture and swelling: Overall, the feel has become much softer. Once the initial puffiness after surgery went down, the texture improved, but I also felt a little disappointed that the early volume seemed to lessen. Daily life: There is currently no discomfort in daily life at all. I am steadily keeping up with stretching that opens the shoulders and chest as my top priority.
