After lower eyelid fat repositioning + fat grafting, one side felt uneven and lumpy, and the fat-grafted area kept swelling up and going down, which kept bothering me. I thought it would get better with time, but the improvement was not as great as I expected, so after a consultation I went ahead with revision surgery. During the revision surgery, they also removed foreign material, and the part I am most satisfied with after surgery is that the lower eyelid is flatter than before and closer to what I wanted. Especially when I touch it or look in the mirror, the parts that used to bother me seem to have improved a lot, so I am satisfied. I still have some recovery time left, but so far it seems the foreign material was removed well and the shape has been corrected nicely.
