I went around to consult at places famous for eye surgery, but after the consultations, each hospital said slightly different things. I wanted a refined line somewhere between semi-out and in-out, and in the end I had the surgery at [Clinic A]. At the consultation, they recommended doing both revision double-eyelid surgery with natural adhesion and revision ptosis correction together. At first I wondered if I really needed ptosis correction again, but after hearing why it was necessary, it made sense, so I just did both together When deciding on the line, I was torn between semi-out and in-out because I liked both, but the surgeon said semi-out would suit me better, so I went with that~ I was prepared for some swelling since it was revision surgery, but it was not as bad as I thought!! The next day was more swollen than the day of surgery, but maybe like the day after crying a lot and sleeping? Or the day after eating a huge late-night meal and sleeping? Even with swelling, the line was clearly visible, and I loved that the left and right sides were symmetrical!!!!! The swelling also went down similarly on both sides, so I was just happy Now, when I look at my old eye photos, I wonder why I didn’t do it sooner I worried a lot because it was revision surgery, but I’m glad I made the difficult decision and went through with it. I think for eye revision surgery, it’s important to look up lots of reviews and go to several consultations. The hardest part was deciding on the hospital, and after surgery, recovery was easier and calmer than I expected
