Nose revision surgery after the nose became distorted as if necrotic

After having nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic before, my nose gradually became upturned and the shape became distorted as if it were necrotic, so I got revision nose surgery at Hit. My nasal tip had been short to begin with, but as it lifted, it seemed to have become even more like an upturned nose, so during the revision I also had columellar correction and nasolabial angle correction.
