I’m very sensitive to the weather, so on hot days I want to stay home all day, and when the weather is nice I go out to the Han River and even run. Lately it’s been hot even at night, so I’ve basically been staying in... The swelling has gone down a lot compared with right after surgery, but it still hasn’t completely disappeared, so I need to pay a bit more attention to reducing it... I sweat a lot, and I keep thinking that wandering around dripping sweat would actually be worse. Am I just rationalizing it? lol At [Clinic B], they told me not to go to places like saunas where you sweat a lot for about a month...
