My original nose has a hump. After osteotomy, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and even silicone on the bridge, has anyone gone on to have everything removed? I am also dissatisfied with the shape a bit, and I do not want to keep worrying about my nose for the rest of my life, so I am thinking about removal. But there are not many reviews for hump noses, so it is hard to find information...
