I went for a consultation because the actual removal for nose lifting had to be done near the nasal ala. The doctor was kind and gave the impression of being confident. Since this person handles many difficult noses, maybe that is why. But even though it was only local anesthesia, the price was pretty steep, so I am thinking about going somewhere else too. Honestly, I do not even know why I am worrying about this after one wrong thread in the nose. For now, they kindly told me to look around and come back. Since it is such a specialized surgery, I am still debating it.. They also took a CT scan and explained how the surgery would likely be done.
