I booked a consultation a week in advance for my boyfriend's ptosis correction for uneven eyes, and the clinic confirmed the reservation.We were scheduled to visit on Saturday at 2 p.m., but at around 12 p.m. they called and said to come right away or reschedule to another day.For reference, we live in Gyeonggi Province, so it takes 2 hours to get to Gangnam, and they called at 12 saying to come immediately T_T When I asked whether we could come later instead of at the reserved 2 p.m. time, they said no..I was considering this place because the reviews were good and I wanted to get ptosis correction for my boyfriend, but the consultation started off like this so I just canceled it..It was not a cancellation we made voluntarily, but a one-sided cancellation.We were suddenly canceled unilaterally 2 hours before the consultation time on the day of the appointment. As someone who was canceled like that, if they act this way from the consultation stage, I wonder what the surgery would be like.. This is a real review, so please keep it in mind if you visit this clinic.
