I did not have much desire to increase the height of my nasal bridge or tip, and I wanted to make my nose look a bit slimmer from the front, so I looked into tip cartilage tying. It was the place that came up most often in searches, so I booked a consultation. The coordinator first explained the approximate surgery process, and then the surgeon came in. I was worried when they said people are divided into those for whom cartilage tying works and those for whom it does not, but after the surgeon felt my nose, they said the cartilage could be felt well and that I was the kind of case where it would be effective, so that was a relief.
The disappointing part was that they did not tell me exactly how much it would reduce it. Still, since they have many surgical cases, if I do it, I will probably do it here.
