Compared to my upper body, my chest was way too flat, and as my upper volume kept disappearing, it slowly started to droop, which had been a long-time concern T_T I was worried I might even need a breast lift, but during the consultation at [Clinic B], the doctor carefully examined my chest condition and explained that lifting breast surgery alone would be enough to create a firm, full chest haha I told them I wanted a chest that was generally full and voluminous, and they carefully recommended the implants and size that would suit my body best, so I could trust them and go ahead. I had 400cc and 425cc placed with a Motiva under-breast incision, and now, depending on the brand, I can wear up to a full D to E cup, so the volume is incredible *^^* What I am most satisfied with is the naturally flowing full UU line from the upper chest and the beautifully defined I-shaped cleavage haha My friends around me keep saying the shape is so pretty and looks just like real boobs, with endless compliments haha An anesthesiologist was on site as well, so the surgery was carried out safely the whole time, and as expected from a place famous for breast surgery, the aftercare is also really thorough and systematic. If you are worried about sagging or loss of upper volume, definitely go get a consultation, everyone haha
