The original crease was an inline one, and my ability to open my eyes had also weakened, so I had revision surgery. I was satisfied at the time, but ... now, 6 years later, the crease has sagged again and my eye-opening strength has weakened, so I'm considering a second revision. Looking back now, I think it's important to visit a lot of clinics and think very carefully on your own about your own eyes.
