Hello, it feels like I am writing a post for the first time in a really long while. I have been busy living my daily life, and usually when there are no problems, I end up not coming into this community lol Anyway, here is my 6-week review. I will also write about the anesthesia part that is hot topic these days. If you disagree, I think you are right. I am just writing down my honest thoughts, so I do not think there is anything to get angry about, and I will write it out.
My body type has a bird chest, with absolutely no upper breast volume, and from the consultation onward I wanted a naturally drooping line rather than a very full look. The part I worried about most at ForE Plastic Surgery was anesthesia. Many people say breast surgery has to be done under general anesthesia. But I preferred sedative anesthesia. I did not want aftereffects like headaches, vomiting, or throat pain after general anesthesia. I wanted to recover quickly after surgery and return to daily life as soon as possible.
In particular, my lower jaw is small and my temporomandibular joint is not in good condition, so even when I usually get dental treatment, my jaw tends to get strained. That made me uncomfortable with general anesthesia, which requires intubation. There is also no anesthesiology specialist on site here. So I worried about it. I asked the director pointed questions about this, and the director gave me enough answers during the consultation not only about the surgery but also about anesthesia. The CCTV can of course be checked immediately, and since it is a one-doctor clinic, the director handled the entire surgical process and said they monitor safely with equipment at the level of a university hospital, which I confirmed as well. Because of that, there was no reason to avoid this hospital just because it uses sedative anesthesia. Reviews written by other people who had surgery here also helped me.
Anyway, after actually having the surgery, I really did win the no-pain lottery like other people said, and I walked around right after surgery. Now I am living my daily life well. Aside from points like that, the reasons I chose ForE Plastic Surgery were that they only do axillary incision, revision surgery is also done through the axilla, the financial burden is lower for revision at the same hospital, and I can consult directly with the director at night or on holidays after surgery. In fact, being from the countryside, I still get messages back and forth with the director even after work hours after surgery, and they check my condition one by one. Above all, I really love the breast shape. That is all.
