As you can tell from the before-surgery photos, the tip of my nose was red and looked like it might break through the silicone, but after the nose revision, the tip now has a rounder feel and the line came out better than I expected, so I really like it. Because I used autologous costal cartilage, the tip felt hard at first, but that has become much softer now, and the face has a much more defined look. Doing the nose and fat grafting together made the swelling rough at first, so it was a bit hard, but time really is the answer :) Once I passed the 6-month mark, there were no major changes in the nose line, and the fat grafting seems to have taken in well enough, so I think everything has settled in place.
