Revision Nose Surgery T_T

Writing up my nose surgery review :) My lips have always been a bit prominent, but my columella was also recessed, so my mouth looked even more protruded, which really bothered me T_T It bothered me in photos, and even in the mirror I did not like my side profile angle, so after thinking about it for a long time, I finally decided to have surgery! (This was a revision surgery for me.) On the day of surgery, I was scheduled first, so preparation finished faster than I expected, and the surgery went smoothly too! After I came out of recovery, I still barely felt any anesthesia effects, so I was discharged super quickly,, It was my first time under general anesthesia, so I was more scared of the anesthesia than the surgery itself, but recovery was much easier than I expected :) On the day itself, the packing in my nose made it feel completely blocked, so breathing and eating were a little uncomfortable, but the next day, right after the packing was removed, I could breathe so well that I was honestly so happy ...h. From immediately after surgery, I almost had no pain!!! Because autologous costal cartilage was used, it was uncomfortable when lying down, getting up, or coughing, but it gradually improved after about 3 to 5 days, and I stopped wearing the abdominal binder after day 5!! I had no trouble with daily life, so from day 2 I was happily walking around the neighborhood near my house ^^ Above all, the part I liked most after the splint came off was that the recessed columella was improved, the side profile angle was refined, and the feeling that my mouth looked protruded disappeared T_T! I did not expect much from the front view because of the swelling, but they gave my bulbous nose a nice slim shape. Sigh, I love it so much. I had worried about it for almost 5 years, and now I think I should have done it sooner,, I am still recovering, but so far I am really satisfied and doing well!~
