I was a little worried that putting in fat might make my eyes look puffy or smaller, but the director said they would only put in the exact amount needed, so I felt reassured and had the surgery. After 2 to 3 days of swelling, the yellow bruising gradually faded, and my eyes became lively just like in the photo.
