Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of donor rib nose surgery that I was satisfied with as soon as the splint came off

Before surgery, my nostrils were so big that even makeup could not really cover them, and my bridge had a masculine feel, so I had many concerns about nose surgery. While consulting, I felt that I could trust the director and go ahead with surgery, so I decided to do it! Before I knew about Lowell, I had consulted at many other hospitals, but Director Kim Jae-yoon immediately picked up what my concerns were and explained in detail how the surgery would be done and what materials would be used. He also designed it in the direction I wanted, so I felt confident that I could leave it in his hands!! I had hump osteotomy, silicone for the bridge, and donor rib plus ear cartilage for the tip. Other hospitals charged extra for osteotomy and then extra again for this or that, but here the price was exactly the same as what I saw in the app. The recovery process was surprisingly not painful at all. From day 2 to 3, the swelling and bruising became much more noticeable, so even after the splint came off I worried that the bruises would last a long time, but by around day 8 only a small bruise remained and the major bruises had almost disappeared, so I was very satisfied ✨🥺 I also think the laser and injection care I received at the hospital in between visits helped a lot! When I first saw my nose after the splint came off, I was honestly shocked because it did not feel like my nose at all It was much more satisfying than I had expected, so I kept taking photos and looking in the mirror 😊 I was especially worried that putting in silicone might make my eyes look too close together, but that was not the case at all, and the elegant kind of nose I wanted came out, so I am really satisfied. People around me keep saying the nose line is beautiful, and many ask where I had the surgery. Even at work, people I meet for the first time often compliment my nose and say it is pretty 🩷🤗 My satisfaction after nose surgery is so high that I even wonder why I did not do it sooner 🙀🙀 Until week 2 or 3, I was careful with my nose, but now, one month in, I am living my daily life comfortably without any inconvenience. I am looking forward to seeing the swelling go down even more!
