When I had my first nose surgery, I said I didn’t care if it looked obviously operated on, and asked them to make the bridge and tip as high as possible, and they did that, but I ended up looking way too much like an avatar. But the tip was made to look like a slightly half-curved line, so it even gave off a feminine feeling, and that was stressful too. If they had explained well during the consultation or beforehand that I would end up looking like this if I asked for exactly what I wanted, I would have thought about it more. It was too artificial, and the shape of the tip wasn’t the shape I wanted, so after about 3 years I decided to get a revision. My girlfriend looked it up and recommended this doctor to me, so I went. The bridge and tip were both reborn, and the bridge that looked too thick from the front was made thinner too. The tip line was also different in a way that suited my other features better, and when they looked at my face shape and the combination of my eyes, nose, and mouth, they recommended a straight line, which really was different. I actually asked whether it might be okay to make the tip a bit higher, but he said that probably wasn’t the right choice haha so I had surgery with the shape designed to best suit my face, and I’m so satisfied with my nose now that I want it to stay this way forever, never drooping again.
