My first nose surgery was a success and I lived fine, but over time the tip of my nose gradually started to droop, so the side profile became stressful and I eventually went out to look around for revision surgery T_T The doctor looked inside my nose and accurately pointed out that the existing cartilage support structure could no longer hold up the force and had weakened as the cause. He suggested rebuilding the nasal tip support more firmly with autologous costal cartilage, and the consultation was so clear and so to my liking that I am planning to keep it as a final candidate and think it over
