Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Review: Facial contouring changed my peanut-shaped face into an egg-shaped face

I had surgery at 3D Plastic Surgery, and even though general anesthesia was scary, I decided to go for it big because I wanted to look better. I have always had very little facial fat, and my cheekbones were also prominent, so the bones looked even more obvious, which was a complex for me. So should I say my impression looked a little fierce? People kept telling me I looked strong and intimidating, and that was stressful too. But I was so scared of bone-shaving surgery that I just thought about it for years. Then I saw a friend who had undergone facial contouring and looked so beautiful that I got tempted too. So when I had the money and time, I decided it would be better to do it right away and had the surgery this time. I had 3D zygoma reduction, which is the standard cheekbone surgery done through an intraoral incision to reduce the cheekbones, and I also had buccal fat removal. It was a different type of liposuction surgery, and it seemed to remove the fat lump-like tissue inside the cheeks. Maybe because I had that done too, my face seems much smaller. I had not decided on the surgical method myself, and I left everything fully to the chief surgeon after going in for a consultation. I am very satisfied with the surgery, and people say if buccal fat removal is done wrong it can cause sunken cheeks, but I do not have that at all. Of course I still need to see once all the swelling is completely gone, but when I went back for a checkup at one month, the CT scan showed no problems either haha
