Nose Surgery Reviews

Was my previous nose surgery done wrong? T_T

Was my previous nose surgery done wrong? haha The longer time passes, the more my nasal tip seems to be dropping, and my nose also feels a little shorter, so I ended up looking into revision nose surgery T_T Honestly, after one nose surgery failed, my self-esteem also dropped, and I became more cautious than I was before my first surgery... So this time I really went around to a lot of places that are known for doing revision surgery well, but after the consultations I realized that while surgical skill is important, being able to communicate well with the doctor is truly important... But at this place, even from the consultation stage, the doctor listened really well to what I wanted! And he clearly told me which parts were not possible, which actually made me trust him even more lol. It was not the kind of place that just says everything is possible, so somehow I felt even more drawn to it... haha Anyway, this time I had revision nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and it has been about 3 months now. The tip of my nose no longer looks like it is drooping the way it used to, and the rounded-tip feeling that I was worried about has improved a lot! More than anything, the columella shape is also!! really natural and pretty... I am the most satisfied that it came out naturally in the direction I wanted T_T Honestly, since it was revision surgery, I was not expecting some super dramatic change, but I am so much more satisfied than I thought I would be that I almost wonder why I did not get revision surgery sooner... I can even say that haha
