My original bulbous nose was pretty severe, and the rounded tip had always been bothering me. My first surgery was done with ear cartilage, but a step-off developed and the whole thing became stiff. When I touched it, it felt rock-hard, and even from the front it just did not look natural.I am now 3 months out from revision surgery with donor rib cartilage at Byemin, and the bulbous-nose look is almost completely gone now.The tip feels like it has naturally come down, and the step-off has become smooth too.. The bridge line has softened as well, so I feel like the overall front view has changed a bit. Before, the tip looked blunted, so I used to worry every time I took photos, but now I just take them without thinking about it.When I think back to how it looked before, haha.. I really do not even want to think about it.
