If anyone recognizes me, just pretend you don’t know me... haha... I want to brag a little, but I’m not fully brave enough yet... I picked photos carefully, so please look at the before and after together!! This was my third nose surgery, using silicone + autologous costal cartilage!! I also had facial fat grafting at the same time, and getting fullness in the forehead, front cheek, and nasolabial area made me lose that slightly monkey-like look, which I really like T_T Especially the front cheekbone area... I look more lively and younger, so I am so happy!!! Friends I meet in real life have even said that the fat grafting was more of a genius move than the nose. Maybe that’s true...? I was torn between this and filler, but since I was already lying on the operating table, I think it was a good decision to do it together!! I worried a lot about graft take, but it’s not completely sunken the way it was before surgery. I still need to go for a second treatment, but I’ve been too busy to set a date yet T_T I’ll visit soon. As for why I had the nose done three times, it kept getting lower... The first surgery used septal cartilage + ear cartilage / the revision used donated rib cartilage. After the first surgery, the tip drooped too quickly, and after the second surgery I had heard that donated rib cartilage can resorb well, but I never dreamed I’d need a third surgery in just one year haha... T_T So for the third surgery, I wanted it as high as possible, with a tip that was sharp but slightly rounded, and a line that was close to straight, almost a gently straight slope. I went to about 10 consultations in Seoul... haha... Even when I clearly explained that I wanted it as high as possible, with a tip that was sharp but slightly rounded, and a line close to straight, some doctors still didn’t understand, and I met many who kept wanting to design it their own way. I’m truly satisfied with this third-surgery line to the point that I don’t think I’ll even want a fourth surgery for a long while (though that would be crazy if I did), but I wanted to say that it was definitely not an easy nose to get... ^^^^ I think the second-surgery nose wasn’t bad objectively either (that’s why some friends tried to stop me), but the more glamorous line I got this time seems to enhance my image much more. I should praise my own sense of aesthetics... haha. What do you all think? Did it turn out well...??
