I had revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage. For my first surgery, I had functional nose surgery with septal cartilage, but my nose was a bit crooked and the hump kept bothering me, so I started looking into revision surgery. Besides the crooked nose and hump, my nose was also a bit long and had a bulbous-nose feeling, so I thought I should correct everything at once. Since it was a revision, I wanted to research carefully, so I read a lot of reviews, and Mighty kept catching my eye. It seemed like the doctor here specializes in nose surgery, and they looked experienced with autologous costal cartilage surgery, so I went for a consultation. During the consultation, it was easy to communicate my needs and they explained things clearly, which built trust. I had surgery without an implant using autologous costal cartilage, and once the surgery was done and my nose became straight, my whole impression changed lol The hump is gone, the feeling that it looked long has been corrected, and I like that there is no implant sensation when I touch it. The tip also lifted naturally, and even from the side the line became clean. As the swelling goes down, it keeps settling in more and more, and I really like it.
