Some even suddenly said I should use autologous costal cartilage.... It was disappointment after disappointment, but then I found Hi-End! Director Im Ji-hong is truly meticulous, and because he listens carefully so I can have the surgery the way I want, I was able to say everything I wanted here and explain the nose shape I wanted in detail, so I finished the consultation without regrets ㅇㅇ. They also took good care of me all the way through surgery, and I truly have no regrets. I had correction for the dorsal hump and a bulbous nose, and the bridge has silicone, while the tip uses septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donor rib cartilage mixed together!! They paid close attention to the details so it would sag as little as possible and not become too pointed, and I really like it. Before, it was just an ordinary nose, but now it definitely feels glamorous and like a nose that suits me well. I feel like taking selfies all the time!!
