I’ve had my nose done so many times now that I’m scared. I don’t know when columellar necrosis might happen, so I can’t do any moreㅠㅠ I don’t like my current nose shape, so I want to do it one last time, but I’m scared that if I touch it for no reason, I’ll get hit with a bomb of inflammation, get columellar necrosis, and ruin my life, so I’m unable to do anything ㅠㅠㅠㅠ How many times has everyone had it done?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
