I wanted to proceed with areola lift plus areola reduction, but the clinic recommended a vertical lift instead. They said that if I did an areola lift, the effect would be almost nonexistent. Since I am still in my 20s and was worried about scars, I was told that if that was the concern, then it would be better not to do it. They seemed to recommend vertical lift whenever possible. They said the people who come here are so stressed out that they do not mind scars, and if you are even slightly concerned about scarring, it is better not to do the surgery. Since it is a plastic surgery clinic, I think they approach it with the mindset of wanting the post-surgery result to be 100 percent satisfying. I am not going to do it here.
