A really large hospital! If you want a procedure, you move by elevator. The procedure felt easier and lighter than surgery, so I only spent a very short time with the director, and I think I was with the manager for less than 10 minutes. The managers are kind. I got nostril Botox and nose-slimming injections, and for the first month and a half or so, the effect seemed to be there. Someone I had not seen in a while even said I looked like I had lost weight?? But after that, it went back to how it was before.. There is a subtle effect, but if you want to maintain it, you would need injections every 3 to 4 months. But for that much money.. maybe it would be better to get nose surgery.. Still, if surgery is impossible for you! then trying it once is not a bad idea. The effect is subtle, but there was an effect, and there were no side effects.
